Pleated Panel Filters

Water resistant card frame containing polyester filter media supported by a galvanised mesh.

Available to Order Online: 1", 2" & 4" deep Std G4 grades. 4" deep HC G4 grades. 2" & 4" deep standard F6-F8 grades

Also available: 2" & 4" deep carbon grades. 1", 2" & 4" deep in metal cases.

Synthetic Bag Filters

Galvanised header frame holding polypropylene melt-blown filter media. Ultrasonically welded pockets.

Available to Order Online: 20 mm & 25 mm header options. 15", 20" & 24" deep G4-F8 grades.

Also available: 12" deep G4-F8 grades. F9 grades. Additional size & pocket options.

HEPA Filters

Wood and metal case options. Borosilicate micro-glass pleated paper with kraft or aluminium separators.

Available to Order Online: 150 mm & 292 mm deep H10 & H13 grades.

Primary Filters

Synthetic fibre pre-filter pads (blue/white) are available manufactured and pre-cut to size requirements. Mechanically and thermally bonded from synthetic fibres, the pads are progressively structured offering high dust holding capacity.

Grade G3 synthetic media core (arrestance 80 < 90%)

Available to Order Online: 250 mm sq. for ‘105, 200, 250 & 300’ Extractors. 250 x 210 mm for ‘100 & 3100’ Extractors.

Available as cut pads (for use in holding frames) or in card frames.

Fume Extraction Filters

Deep pleat particle & HEPA filters in galvanised cases containing H10 borosilicate pleated paper with kraft separators and a 30 PPI charcoal pad.

Available to Order Online: 250 mm sq. for ‘105, 200, 250 & 300’ Extractors. 250 x 210 mm for ‘100 & 3100’ Extractors. H13 grade option.

Also available: F7 to F9 (fine particle) grades. H10 to H13 (HEPA) DOP testing available for grade H13. Custom made sizes in cases of a variety of materials (galvanized steel, card, plywood, chipboard) and sealing ‘u’ channels or neoprene gaskets, handles and face grids can be applied.

Carbon Filters

Carbon impregnated foam pads are available manufactured and pre-cut to size requirements or incorporated into the HEPA case with face grid.

Manufactured from 30 PPI polyfoam.

Also available: Bonded carbon panels in aluminium frames manufactured to size requirements.
